Registration closes 15 minutes before end of each session.

Your online appointment is only confirmed when you received a confirmation message of appointment date and time from our clinic system.

Your appointment is our priority, however varying crowd situation may require urgent attention and our staff may reschedule you accordingly.

Confirmed appointment requests are valid within 15 minutes of your preferred schedule, beyond which normal walk-in registration will preceded.

You can either walk-in to register at our clinic or fill in the form for pre-registration

All new patients are required to show us your relevant documents especially for CHAS/Pioneer Card Holders.
